Completed Services Are Non-Refundable. Once a service has been performed (e.g., repair, installation, adjustment), refunds are not provided unless there is a proven issue with workmanship or defective parts installed by us.

If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 7 days of the service date, and we will do our best to address and resolve the issue.
2. Product Returns (Parts & Openers)

Refunds or exchanges may be available for unused, unopened items purchased through us (e.g., garage door openers or accessories), within 14 days of purchase.

A restocking fee may apply, depending on the supplier’s return policy.
3. Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits for custom door orders or large jobs are non-refundable once the order is placed.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled service may be subject to a service call fee.
4. Warranty Service

Issues related to faulty parts or workmanship may be covered under our warranty policy and will be addressed at no extra cost during the warranty period.
