1. Services Provided

Sure Garage Doors offers residential garage door services, including repairs, new installations, opener installations, spring replacements, high lift conversions, roller replacements, and maintenance throughout Vancouver and surrounding areas.

 

2. Appointments & Scheduling

​

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via email.

  • We aim to provide same-day or next-day service whenever possible.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service call fee.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

  • We accept payments by credit card, debit, e-transfer, cheque, cash and other major methods.

  • Invoices are due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Overdue Invoices: A late payment fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) will apply to all unpaid balances past the due date.

 

4. Warranties

  • We offer 2 year warranty on our parts and labour. Warranty details will be provided in writing on your invoice.

  • Warranties do not cover misuse, accidental damage, or repairs by unauthorized parties.

 

5. Liability

​

  • Sure Garage Doors is not responsible for any damages caused by pre-existing issues, structural problems, or manufacturer defects in parts not supplied by us.

  • Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the job site.

 

6. Use of Website

​

  • You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or abusive purposes.

  • All content on this website is the property of Sure Garage Doors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

 

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
